Family coaching is for parents who want to be more effective in raising their children together. You choose a shared parenting style which will match your family values.
Family coaching can also provide a safe and confidential space when communication between parents and children is at an all-time low. It creates an environment where each voice is heard to forge a better-connected family life together.
Family sessions with children over the age of 14 years.
Each family has its own dynamics.
We can only parent from our experience (how we were parented) and from the knowledge we gain along the way. Our partner will do the same. Which means unless we discuss and plan together we may have very different parenting styles which can lead to confusion for our children.
Parenting coaching is a positive intervention to reverse the downward spiral of stress. By acquiring practical tools and understanding of the normal developmental phases of children parents learn how to take positive, practical action steps to achieve their family’s goals and desires.
Parenting is something we do not receive training to qualify! Rather we learn on the job!
Whether you are a single parent, a step-parent or a couple, parenting coaching supports moms and dads to be the best parents they can be. Create a loving, calm, orderly, respectful and organised home with parent-to-parent and parent-to-child coaching.

More about Steph’s coaching
Steph is passionate about supporting parents to be the best parents they can be. Parents need all the support they can get in the huge responsibility of raising our children. Our children stretch us out of our comfort zones in every generation and ask us to show up, to be present in their lives. But as adults we have our own challenges of identity, work, career, money, relationships.
So how do we fulfill our children’s needs and our own?
Coaching provides a safe and confidential space to take some time out, and focus on yourself, your needs and all the conflicting demands that we juggle. Coaching enables you to stop the rush and sort out the wood from the trees in your life. It is practical; it is relational; it is solution-orientated; it is calming, reflective and creates responsibility and accountability for you in your life.
We know that whoever sits with the problem also sits with the solution (Nancy Kline – Time to Think), but we often do not stop to take that time. Coaching provides a supportive environment in which you will be encouraged to do your own best independent thinking and find your unique solutions to your challenges.
